PoolNook offers free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free. There is no minimum order value. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before payment. We do not ship outside the United States.
Handling and delivery time
- Handling time: 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated transit time: 7 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: 9 business days from payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Transit times are estimates. Weather, carrier disruptions and other delivery conditions may affect arrival dates.
Tracking your order
After dispatch, we email the available tracking details to the address used at checkout. Tracking may take time to show the carrier's first scan. Visit Track your order for instructions and access to your order details.
Multiple packages and large items
Items in one order may arrive separately. We provide available tracking for each shipment. If a large item requires a delivery appointment or special access, we will explain the arrangements before delivery. Installation and site preparation are not included unless the product listing explicitly states otherwise.
Delays or unavailable items
If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated handling time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. We will obtain your agreement to a delay where required. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly to request a correction before dispatch. If your package is missing, damaged or incomplete, send us your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
